The market I liked the most in CDX. The food at El Limoncito was amazing! The ceviches, fish tostada and shrimps were super fresh and tasty. Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, especially Salvador. Spent a lot of time chatting and laughing with him, such a cool guy. A very legit and local experience, definitely not a tourist trap.
Absolutely adore this place, very local I can see lots of people eating tacos, insect pizzas, incense, dried flowers, lots of paper mache skulls, excellent place for buying little souvenirs. So color I want to buy everything. Ally very small, some vendor doesn’t like photos, it’s not wet, doesn’t stink. Highly recommended.

No visit to Coyoacan is complete without going to this Mercado. They have many choices in raw food vendors, but also the numerous prepared food spots makes it a great place to eat as well. Trinidad Ritual de Sabores is my absolute favorite. The best and most tender meats and also vegetarian options around.
This place is a must visit! If you’re going to buy anything to take home as a souvenir on your trip just wait and get it from here. So many vendors and food options as well!

Please come visit the sweet man that makes small piñata style ornaments. Beautiful hand crafted and unique characters!!! The man selling them inside this market was so kind and truly deserves all the sales. They make the perfect souvenir!!!
